If you get a massage and have the therapist focus on your neck and shoulders due to pain and stiffness, you should get this product. It is strong and can be placed in the location needed most. Not just neck but really strong on trapezoids. Loosening mine up better than my last 3 massages. You can do it every day. Battery life is good, as described on the box. Charges up fast after first charge. Easy to clean.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas 🎁 He said he was really pleased with it. He told me to get the type that doesn't have all the stitching on either side of the belt. I think I did a good job getting him that type cause he was bragging to his brother over it. It was a Carhartt!!!
